Member Libraries	RALI Minutes of the meeting June 18, 2009 Rochester Public Library, Rochester Meeting called to order 9:30 AM Attendance: Diane Cassidy and Berrie Donovan – Gafney Library, Sanbornville, Dorinda Howard – Rochester Public Library, Nancy Bergeron – Madbury Public Library, Yvonne Fisher – Ossipee Public Library Debbie Christie - Goodwin Library, Farmington, Barbara Whiting, Wolfeboro Public Library, Wolfeboro and Holly Brown – Gilman Library, Alton. Nancy made a motion to accept the minutes from the meeting dated, March 05, 2009, as read. Motion was seconded by Diane. Motion Carried. Treasurer’s Report was noted and placed on file for audit as follows: Balance as of last report - $1,319.11 Deposited - $73.98 Paid - $135.00 Current balance - $1,258.09 Berrie will contact Lee, Milton and New Durham to inquire about membership status. NEW BUSINESS: There was no representative available to provide news from the NH State Library - see the complete report on the NH State Library website – Go on line and check Once & Future Libraries and the Granite State Library Quarterly Newsletter. Sign up for “Feed Blitz” through the NH State Library for updates in all areas. Debbie Christie recommends that everyone consider joining N.H. Non Profits (nhnonprofits.org). It is a great source for grants, etc. for non profit organizations. Please email your current 2009 budget information to Berrie. The 2008 Library Statistics should be out soon. Just a suggestion….Look at last year and add three percent for next year when preparing your budget. The Annual Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 2009 at Wolfeboro Public Library. Coffee and informal roundtable 9:00 AM. Business Meeting starts 9:30 AM. Bring programming ideas. Today’s program – “NH Women as Innovators” presented by Barbara White cost $125.00 through the NH Humanities Council Discuss “pot luck” at Annual Meeting Look at RALI by laws Think about taking on an officer position. Meeting called to order 9:30 AM

Attendance:
